Fellowship and Fun


Sept. 4: Annual Picnic at St. John Parish in Fayetteville begins at 10:30 a.m. Barbecue beef, pork and sausage plates. Country auction at 1:30 p.m. All are welcome!

Sept. 4: Annual Bazaar at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish in Granger from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the parish hall. Barbecue and sausage plates. Live auction. Dance at 6 p.m.

Sept. 4: Jamaica at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Austin from noon to 10 p.m. Games, delicious food and live music throughout the day. Join us!

Sept. 10:  Fellowship Night at the Ballpark at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock with the Central Texas Fellowship of Catholic Men. Gates open at 5 p.m. and the baseball game begins at 6:05 p.m. 

A free concert will follow. Tickets: $15 per person. 


Sept. 11: Homecoming Picnic at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish in Marak begins with Mass at 10:15 a.m. Home-fried chicken and sausage plates. Games for all ages and an auction at 2:30 p.m.

Sept. 11: Fall Fest Homecoming at St. Mary Parish in Taylor from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Food, a silent auction, live auction and games for all ages. Fun for the family!

Sept. 18: Bazaar at Holy Trinity Parish in Corn Hill begins with Mass at 10:30 a.m. Barbecue and fried chicken plates, live polka music,  children’s games and kolaches for sale. 


Sept. 25: St. Martin Parish in Tours will host its annual Picnic and 150th anniversary celebration. Bishop Joe Vásquez will celebrate Mass at 9:30 a.m. Fried chicken and sausage plates, History of Tours Museum with events, interviews and artifacts celebrating the history of Tours. Join us in Tours!

Oct. 1: Fall Festival at St. Mary Parish in Pin Oak. Mass at 3:30 p.m., then a barbecue beef and pork plate meal. Cake walk, children’s games, silent auction and live auction at 6 p.m. 

Oct. 2: Homecoming and Fall Festival at St. Mary Parish in Hearne. Spaghetti and meatball plates. Games for all ages and a silent auction. Everyone is invited.

Oct. 16: St. John Vianney Parish in Round Rock will host Vianney Fest from noon to 4 p.m. on the parish grounds. Come and enjoy many fun events and activities for all ages including food, games, music, live and silent auctions, sports games and more.


Oct. 23: St. Margaret Parish in Giddings will host its Fall Festival. A meal of pork steak and all the trimmings will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Live polka music will be played from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The live auction will begin at 2 p.m. There will be a country store booth and cake wheel and games for all ages. There will also be a cornhole tournament!
