Twelve new deacons are ordained for the Diocese of Austin
On March 1, Bishop Joe Vásquez (now Archbishop of Galveston-Houston) ordained 11 deacons at San José Parish in Austin and another deacon was ordained in February in Rome. These 12 men will be featured in the June and July/August issues of the Catholic Spirit. The new deacons will serve at the following parishes.
